Job summary

Zesto Atlanta is seeking friendly cashiers for our drive-thru and counter service. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and prepare beverages and desserts, all while maintaining accuracy and pace in a bustling, family-owned setting.

You should have QSR or cash-handling experience, ServSafe certification, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Weekly pay, bonuses, 401(k), and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR cashiering or customer service is required.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and enter orders into the POS accurately.
• Process cash/credit transactions and ensure proper handling of payments.
• Prioritize orders and deliver drinks, ice cream, and items with urgency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Communicate with BOH and FOH to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain drive-thru cleanliness and uphold health standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers warmly upon entry to the store and enter orders accurately into the POS
• Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.
• Prioritize orders effectively, preparing and delivering drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items with a sense of urgency
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Communicate closely and effectively with Back and Front of House and to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in QSR cashiering or customer service.
• Very strong communication skills and genuine care about the delivering the best customer experience possible
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Drive-thru experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
