Job summary

Workstream is hiring a friendly cashier to provide fast, accurate service, process orders and payments, and answer menu questions to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Previous customer service experience is preferred. Availability for occasional evening and weekend shifts is a plus, with leadership opportunities and competitive pay as added benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS system and process orders/payments.
• Attention to detail when handling cash and receipts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system; process orders and payments
• Verify order accuracy and answer menu questions
• Coordinate with the kitchen and deliver completed orders when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
• Handle cash/card transactions, receipts, and returns/voids according to company policy
• Be reliable and punctual and work well on a team
• Support a smile-filled, guest-focused service style
• Stand for extended periods and lift/carry 10–55 lbs.
• Comply with age requirement (min. 16 years) and transportation requirements
