The role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and being cross-trained to support various store areas.

• Model excellent customer service practices for internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer transactions and handle cash according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept feedback constructively
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
