Job summary

A regional casino in Oklahoma seeks a Vault Clerk responsible for managing all casino funds and ensuring security and accuracy in cash handling. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or G.E.D., with prior cash handling and customer service experience. Essential functions include maintaining cash services equipment, issuing chips, and preparing banks for authorized staff. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and pass a drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. with cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Required to obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all money and chips on hand in the vault issued to authorized staff.
• Prepares and verifies banks issued to authorized staff when necessary.
• Performs regular maintenance on all cash services equipment including ATMs, Recycler, and Currency Counters.
• Ensures all Kiosk ATMs and Recycler are filled and ready for use at all times.
• Issues chips to authorized staff when fills are requested for table games.
• Counts and verifies employee tips at close of shifts.
• Orders and verifies deposits and exchanges from Loomis.
