Job summary

Citi is hiring for a Cash and Trade Processing Supervisor in Bogotá, Colombia. This hybrid role supports LATAM CSC Payments processing, driving efficiency and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with Transaction Services teams and vendors to implement scalable solutions, with a focus on timely, accurate transaction processing.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of related experience, familiarity with SDLC, and strong communication and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities to reduce client inquiries and manual touch points.
• Research treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions.
• Partner with vendors, tech and client ops teams to prototype solutions.
• Propose and implement solutions to increase operating efficiency and improve client experience.
• Assist efforts to drive high rates of client adoption.
• Ensure requirements are clearly stated and business/client needs are met throughout development.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
