Qualifications

• Prev relevant experience preferred.
• Pass basic induction and operations training.

• 0-2 years of experience in the job-related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standards.
• Assist with activities related to compliance and control.
• Perform duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervision.
• Aid in internal and external customer contact.
• Serve as a backup processor during high volume periods.
• Fulfilling client needs while delivering exceptional client experience is measured by metrics.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and Citi policies.
