About the Role

St. Michael’s is hiring a Comprehensive Assessment and Symptom History Technician to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. We value commitment and excellence, which will help our client achieve their goals.

Location

MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL

Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or military/training equivalent with a focus in psychology or cognitive science.
• At least 3 years of healthcare-related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Special Operations experience.
• At least one year of face-to-face interview experience in the last 3 years.
• Proficient with collaborative tools (Zoom, Teams, SharePoint) and office equipment.
• Strong team coordination, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications for data collection, tracking, and analysis.
• Ability to present outcome analyses effectively.
• Must obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
• Previous Business Intelligence experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and structured interviews (e.g., NSI-MBIAS, PSQI, PCL-5).
• Identify exposures and mechanisms in military environments.
• Gather information from service members and families regarding exposure impacts and symptoms.
