Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a Cash Receivables Specialist to support Transportation Finance operations.

The role handles loan administration, servicing activities, and payments within SLAs, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and strong customer and employee experience. The position covers mortgages, consumer and commercial lending products, with emphasis on data handling, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with lending operations, risk and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Proficient with common office software and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Executes routine tasks within service level agreements and documents processing.
• Manages documentation and verifies loan information for processing.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve processes and deliver business results.
• Supports training and tool development to enhance performance.
