Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Cash Administration and Paying and Receiving units in compliance with Bank, Board of Governors, and Treasury policies, controls, and procedures.
• Achieve strategic objectives and performance targets by monitoring progress and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and inspire team members with a clear vision and support growth through coaching and performance management.
• Foster collaborative relationships with customers and vendors within the supply chain to meet service levels and contracts.
• Monitor compliance and risk; review risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Drive group-wide process improvements using data analytics, lean techniques, and technology.
• Identify improvements in operational effectiveness, efficiency, and resiliency.
• Lead strategic initiatives focusing on process, technology, and policy development.
• Support succession planning and talent development.
• Inspire employees to deliver superior performance and maintain an inclusive work environment.
• Lead large-scope projects across the site and district.
