Responsibilities

• Utilize spreadsheets to reconcile reports.
• Reconcile outages using CMS/Vault/Sofi paperwork.
• Work with CMS Supervisor and Operations to minimize outages.
• Communicate with route personnel on ATM balancing.
• Resolve outages with department staff.
• Manage ICOM process and backups as needed.
• Handle customer calls regarding balancing issues, outages, ICOM reporting, and E-cash compliance.
