Responsibilities

• Review and process general ledger entries for ATM/ITM balancing.
• Daily reconciliation of ledgers to ensure deposit images are accurate.
• Research and fix unprocessed images when out of balance.
• Assist with teller balancing discrepancies and corrections.
• Process teller balancing general ledger entries and corrections.
• Troubleshoot Teller Capture issues and provide solutions.
• Weekly processing of general ledger entries for virtual vaults.
• Participate in escheatment item gathering and processing.
• Escalate issues with potential customer or regulatory impact.
• Create reports for Deposit Operations as needed.
• Keep management apprised of monetary risk and potential loss.
