Job summary

SSA Holdings seeks a Reconciliation Clerk to perform daily till and deposit reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting at the Columbia, SC site. You will support admin tasks and vendor documentation under supervision, contributing to financial accuracy at the location.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of cash handling and some administrative or retail background; all educational backgrounds are accepted.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of cash handling experience preferred.
• Prior administrative, retail, or cash room experience a plus.
• All educational backgrounds accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily till and deposit reconciliation against reported sales.
• Accurately complete OSCR, GSR, and Sales by Stand reporting entries as assigned.
• Assist with petty cash counts, verification, and documentation.
• Review Key Logs for accuracy and flag discrepancies to the Revenue Operations Supervisor.
• Support data entry and filing for HQ reporting, invoicing, and vendor documentation.
