Job summary

TruHealth is seeking a Cash Management Specialist to manage banking activities, assist in the loan process, and maintain cash flow documentation. The role requires handling cash receipts, deposits, and intercompany settlements while maintaining accurate records in the general ledger system.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associate Degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job description

The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for managing all banking activities, assist in the loan process, maintain cash flow documentation, and to fund workers compensation and legal settlement accounts.
To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Essential Duties

• Receives, codes, and enters all miscellaneous cash receipts and remote deposits into the general ledger software
• Codes and enters electronic disbursements into the general ledger software.
• Creates cash payment and transfer entries to record intercompany expense, payables, and receivables to be transferred in
  

bank.

• Records intercompany bank drafts into the general ledger software.
• Reconciles company bank accounts to general ledger cash account balances for all companies.
• Research and records various bank fees and automatic electronic deposits and disbursements as part of the bank
  

reconciliation process.

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Maintain, monitor, and process all Concur transactions.
