Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Business Services Representative to provide cash management solutions to commercial relationships. The role partners with bankers as a subject matter expert in business deposits and related services, and self-sources new opportunities.

Responsibilities include sales, service standards, and compliant operations to manage risk and deliver value to clients. A valid driver’s license is required for frequent travel to offices and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Sales or financial services sales.
• Preferred Area of Experience: Business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, treasury management
• Must possess a valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices and bank customers
