Job Opportunity: Operations Leader - Cash Management Services

Loomis Armored, located in Sacramento, CA, is seeking an experienced Operations Leader for our Cash Management Services (CMS). Join a company with nearly 200 branches, dedicated to providing career growth and job satisfaction. Salary: Commensurate with skill set, experience, and competencies.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional service to banks, commercial, and corporate clients, ensuring high standards for customer SLAs.
2. Maintain accountability and security of all funds in transit.
3. Act as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, and commercial customers to resolve issues.
4. Ensure adherence to operational systems and procedures.
5. Develop plans to improve operational efficiency and sustain KPIs at high standards.
6. Build and maintain a high-quality team through engagement and performance management.
7. Maintain compliance with CCA audits and external customer audits.
8. Monitor employee performance against company policies and standards, providing coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
9. Conduct team meetings on safety, security, and company updates.
10. Support the Branch Manager with CMS and branch operations tasks.
11. Manage controllable expenses to meet branch budgets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing in the cash vault banking industry.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of Loomis systems is a plus.
4. Leadership experience, with a focus on employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
5. Experience with process flow and project management.
6. Ability to travel occasionally for company and customer meetings.

Additional Qualifications:

As part of the qualification process for the Cash Management Services Teller position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required, including tests on lifting, carrying, pushing, and hand strength as detailed in the original description.
