Job summary

Loomis Armored US, LLC is seeking an operations leader to direct Cash Management Services (CMS) and oversee daily operations in New Hampshire. The role requires 3+ years of cash vault management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Occasional travel to company and customer sites is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers salary support with performance bonuses up to 25% annually and collaboration with related financial institutions,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a cash vault.
• College degree preferred.
• Loomis systems knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills (verbal & written) required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings/events.

Job description

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

Position is bonus eligible for up to 25% annually based on individual and company performance.

This position will provide operational leadership and daily direction for the Cash Management Services (CMS).

Responsibilities:

• Providing services to banks, commercial and corporate customers
• Ensure accountability and security of all funds transiting the department
• Serve as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems
• Ensure that operating systems and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Develop plans to reduce or eliminate operational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain a quality team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a cash vault
• College degree is preferred
• Loomis systems knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication/presentation skills (verbal & written) required
• Background/experience in a leadership role is preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally for Company, District and/or Customer meetings/events
