Stockman Bank is seeking a skilled professional to drive eBiz/cash management sales and training across North Central and Helena markets. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and coordinating with market lenders and branch staff to grow the bank’s cash management client base.

The position emphasizes understanding the technical aspects of eBiz services and delivering thorough customer support and training to frontline teams.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify applicable eBiz/cash management solutions for new and existing customers with Market lender and local branch input.
• Prepare, present and perform eBiz/cash management presentations to customers as needed.
• Assist in resolving customer issues in cooperation with Cash Management Support and branches.
• Provide ongoing training of eBiz/cash management services to officers and frontline staff.
• Provide ongoing communication on eBiz/cash management services to markets.
• Sales support and training of local branch market Cash Management Specialists.
• Support ongoing eBiz/cash management customer setup and maintenance with local branches.
