You will work closely with IT, Online Banking, Deposit Services, and Finance to meet customer needs and ensure efficient service delivery.

The role is on-site, requiring collaboration with the Cash Management Sales Team and internal customers to support the full cycle from implementation to ongoing support and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field required; experience in cash management services preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in related positions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills cash management products and services per procedures.
• Develops understanding of core processing system and modules.
• Delivers cash management services efficiently for customers.
• Assists customers with cash management questions and instructions.
• Supports online banking and ACH/wire service needs for customers.
• Trains backup for support and develops daily/weekly/monthly task procedures.
• Coordinates tasks with other departments to ensure smooth information flow.
• Prepares reports tracking services and transactions.
