Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred. You will use CRM to track sales and service activities and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept deposits of various account types.
• Cashes checks within approved authority and operating policy.
• Sells official monetary instruments.
• Accepts loan payments, safe deposit box rent, and other related payments.
• Processes night deposits and mail deposits.
• Balances cash drawer in a timely manner.
• Provide safe deposit box services to customers as needed.
• Balances and/or services ATM machines as needed.
• Responds to inquiries within policy and time frames.
