This role requires strong Excel and data-analytic abilities, with experience in reconciliation, reporting, and presenting findings to business leaders. Collaboration across functions is essential for timely and accurate cash loss reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 2–3 years financial analysis or related experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with BI, database queries, finance reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and timely follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Cash Loss Research and Deposit Reconciliation: analyze data from internal systems to validate cash and deposits and investigate discrepancies.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: gather and analyze large data sets to identify trends and improve reporting.
• Financial Reporting and P&L Analysis: support monthly cash loss P&L reporting with variance explanations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Issue Resolution: work with Asset Protection, Treasury, Store Ops and others to resolve gaps.
• Process Improvement and Business Support: develop tools and refine reporting to improve cash loss management.
