Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a reliable staff member to handle cash receipts, assist with party setups and inventory orders, and support bartenders as needed. You will complete daily reports and manage cashier-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires compliance with pre-employment checks, physical lifting up to 20 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash receipts and deposits.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Issue and control cash receipts and change funds, verify cashier cash counts.
• Assist in setting up parties according to party plan.
• Monitor inventories and place/receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software.
• Complete the Daily Activity Report.
• Assist bartenders with bar setup and cashier's bag.
