Job summary

SECU is seeking an experienced Cash Ordering & Reconciliation Analyst II to independently manage branch and ATM cash ordering, shipments, vault inventory, forecasting, and related reconciliation activities. You will validate requirements, coordinate Federal Reserve and cash-vendor activity, and help ensure cash availability while minimizing idle funds.

You will mentor Analyst I staff, support audits, and drive process improvements through strong system proficiency with LogiCash and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in cash operations, reconciliation, or banking/financial services.
• Strong analytical skills to research variances and identify root causes.
• Proficiency with Excel and cash-management systems.
• Ability to coordinate with branches, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Cash ordering, forecasting & delivery coordination across branches and ATMs.
• Order review and validation for accuracy, denomination needs, timing and guidelines.
• Forecasting using historical data, seasonal patterns, holidays and events.
• Coordinate Fed Reserve and vendor activities; ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile physical cash with systems and GL.
