Renasant Bank in Memphis, TN is seeking a Cash Management Analyst to provide operational cash management support across the branch network and ensure optimal cash levels and service delivery.

You will manage cash flow using CETO, coordinate courier services, review cash management reports, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues while maintaining secured and compliant processes across ITMs and ATMs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking experience or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Excel; banking software experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cash flow responsibilities using the CETO Cash Management System including ordering cash, selling cash, and Ceto system maintenance within the bank's retail function (i.e., approve orders, correct system data, and facilitate transactions through Fedline Advantage)
• Monitor cash flow and positioning, ensuring appropriate cash levels for ITMs, ATMs, and branches.
• Oversee cash courier services for the retail branches, including the coordination of delivery and pickup; work closely with retail partners to address any concerns or inquiries related to cash management and delivery
• Review and analyze cash management reports comparing bank balances and uncovering any discrepancies; reconcile incoming and outgoing wire accounts
• Serve as a contact for cash management vendors, escalating issues vendors on behalf of the retail branches; receive, review and process vendor invoices
• Ensure supporting technology is available and accessible within the retail branches, including ATMs and ITMs for seamless cash flow and delivery
• Collaborate with internal partners to implement policies and control procedures in the handling and processing of cash for the bank
• Perform other related duties as assigned
