Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in bank or casino cash services operations.
• 6 months supervisory experience.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work activities for conformance to standards and MICS.
• Safeguard company assets.
• Assist team members with day-to-day processes.
• Perform inventory control of supplies and equipment.
