Responsibilities

• Issue cash bags, maintain cash vaults, and balance deposits.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce cash handling policies.
• Assist cashiers with issues and maintain a clean work environment.

Job description

• Issue cash bags to appropriate employees
• Maintain a cash vault
• Balance deposits at the end of each night
• Ensure that cashier overages and shortages are calculated accurately daily
• Assist cashiers with any issues
• Enforce cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
• Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Follow park policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds.

We also offer a retention bonus ofup to $500for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.
