Position Summary:

We are hiring a Cash Collection Associate/Cashier responsible for posting payments, collecting cash, and verifying managed care/insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous cashier experience is a plus.

Key Duties:

• Collect payments for medical, dental, and diagnostic patient visits.
• Reconcile money at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Verify insurance, answer telephones, and assist with related tasks.
• Ensure quality customer service.

Starting Compensation:

Minimum $17.25 per hour; Maximum $17.25 per hour

Work Environment, Location, and Schedule:

This position is based in the Bronx, requiring a 40-hour/week commitment, including weekend shifts. Must be flexible to work shifts between Monday and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
