Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in cash applications or treasury functions.
• Experience supervising a team and meeting KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Treasury Team staff and ensure coverage.
• Perform lockbox processing, payment posting, and credit resolution as needed.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Treasury Team to meet timeframes and KPIs.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
