HUB International is seeking a Cash Application Senior Analyst to serve as an Accounting Team Lead in Riverside, CA. The role partners with leadership to support operations, lead initiatives, and guide Analysts, driving efficiency and growth within the Cash Application team.

The position emphasizes leadership development, process improvements, and collaboration to achieve accurate payments application and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field, or professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned initiatives and unique workstreams from planning through execution.
• Analyze cash application activity, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to support decisions.
• Act as a Team Lead and resource for Analysts, providing guidance and analytical direction on assignments.
• Promote consistency by reinforcing best practices, supporting problem resolution, and driving high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to communicate progress, identify risks, and keep priorities moving forward.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation efforts, and initiatives that enhance team performance.
