• Balance and reconcile batches; research and resolve unapplied/misapplied payments and remittance discrepancies.
• Keep daily AR records tight (aging, unapplied items, exceptions) and elevate issues when needed.
• Partner with Accounting to support month‑end close tasks related to cash posting and GL alignment.
• Navigate the ERP to post entries, run reports, and document corrections with accuracy and speed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement—identify process gaps and help refine cash application workflows.
