Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and short payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate payment application.
• Process ACH, wire, check, and other forms of customer payments.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with accounts receivable reconciliations and month-end close activities.
