Job summary

MNTN is seeking an experienced Cash Management and Accounts Payable Manager to lead cash forecasting, bank relationships, and the end-to-end AP process. You will supervise the AP team, ensure strong internal controls, and administer the Coupa P2P system as the primary administrator, collaborating with Vendor Operations and Finance.

The role requires deep experience in cash management and AP, with hands-on Coupa and NetSuite knowledge, and a proven ability to drive process improvements across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in AP and cash management, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa, including as Coupa Administrator.
• Experience managing cash flow, banking relationships, and payment operations.
• Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong accounting knowledge and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with NetSuite and international entities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash forecasting and liquidity planning, in collaboration with FP&A.
• Lead end-to-end accounts payable, including invoicing, approvals, and vendor onboarding via Coupa.
• Oversee AP team, training, performance management, and hiring where needed.
• Reconcile AP, accrued liabilities, and period close activities.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance for cash/payables.
• Administer Coupa system, workflows, roles, and integrations with ERP (NetSuite).
• Support audits and regulatory filings as required.
