The role focuses on daily credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and related analysis to support accurate financial statements. Candidates should have 2–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with Multiview or Oracle and ReconNET.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Multiview or Oracle a plus.
• ReconNET experience a plus.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily credit card reconciliations and analyzes related charges.
• Assists with store over/short, chargeback and credit card fees analysis.
• Verifies bank deposits and completes monthly bank reconciliations.
• Supports month-end close and deadlines for financial statements.
• Assists with audits and special projects and communicates with internal teams.
• Maintains discretion with confidential information and meets schedule.
