Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes monthly master account reconciliations for disbursement, concentration, and depository accounts.
• Researches outstanding items with departments and/or banks to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Prepares month end accruals for Cash Accounting related expenses to ensure accurate reporting on financial statements.
• Analyzes and prepares invoices for Cash Accounting related expenses.
• Researches variances to contracted pricing and communicates these variances with vendors.
• Performs the daily ACH transfer of store cash for all domestic divisions to home office concentration accounts.
• Assists with month end close process ensuring all Cash Accounting journal entries have accurately posted to the general ledger.
• Performs and assists with special projects, analyses, and monthly reporting.
