Job summary

Service Access & Management, Inc. (SAM) is seeking a Caseworker Supervisor for the Children & Youth Services team. The role supports children and families through strength-based services and requires compassion, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Starting salary is based on experience with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The position is based in Northumberland County, PA, with in-office work and standard hours. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or related social sciences.
• Two years’ experience in CYS/child welfare.
• Servant leader mindset.

About The Caseworker Supervisor Role

Location & Schedule

This position is based in Northumberland County, PA. Work is primarily in office and community based. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Evening availability may be required.
