Job summary

Padgett Law Group in Tallahassee is seeking a Developer for our Technical Development Team. This role focuses on supporting our legal practice-management software CaseAware through troubleshooting, enhancements, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have technical development experience, especially with CaseAware, and strong collaboration skills. Extensive benefits include 4 weeks of PTO, flexible work schedules, and comprehensive healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Experience on a technical development team; preference for CaseAware or legal tracking software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work for help tickets and reporting tasks.
• Submit the daily morning reporting package.
• Manage Excel VBA macro reporting.
• Monitor and update SQL/VBA code, fixing bugs.
• Run Power Automate workflows daily.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and migrate reports.
• Act as primary source for troubleshooting.
