Job summary

The Salvation Army in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a dedicated Case Management professional to assist eligible clients with food, shelter, clothing, and financial aid. You will interview clients, determine need and eligibility, and maintain accurate records.

You will coordinate referrals with community agencies, ensure compliance with program policies, and uphold compassionate service while supporting families in transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
