The Case Specialist assesses and analyzes offenders to determine the need for program participation. They lead groups to deliver effective, evidence-based programs designed to make a real difference in people's lives.
Monitor progress, revise case plans, and help set realistic goals for each individual.
Keep records up to date and work closely with other staff to share important information about treatment and progress.
Support and motivate individuals to engage in programs that are designed to reduce recidivism and support rehabilitation.
