You will work first shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork and communication to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand for the entire shift.
• Twisting, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent flow of cartons through the Case Seal Department.
• Inspect cartons to ensure they meet quality and processing standards.
• Monitor conveyor lines and prevent carton backups to maintain efficient operations.
• Operate the split-case back-wall conveyor line.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
• Work overtime as needed.
