Simon & Schuster is seeking a dependable Case Sealer for our Riverside, NJ distribution center. You will help maintain an efficient workflow by inspecting cartons, monitoring conveyors, and ensuring packages move smoothly through the Case Seal Department.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and willingness to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical and operational demands of a warehouse environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to daily production goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform twisting, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Maintain a consistent flow of cartons through the Case Seal Department.
• Inspect cartons to ensure they meet quality and processing standards.
• Monitor conveyor lines and prevent carton backups to maintain efficient operations.
• Operate the split-case back-wall conveyor line.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
• Work overtime as needed.
