Job Overview

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking Case Reviewers to support our client by reviewing reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers. The goal is to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the client. Join our award-winning organization and work with some of the brightest minds in the GovCon industry.

Location:

100% Remote

Security Clearance:

Active Top Secret

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough reviews of background investigation reports to ensure investigations are complete and adhere to federal and corporate standards.
  2. Provide guidance on background investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers.
  3. Maintain quality production that meets contract requirements.
  4. Identify trends in errors and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop training and guidance to improve investigation quality.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Completion of New Reviewer/Investigator Training course.
  2. Ability to pass a Credential Assessment with at least 80% achievement if required.
  3. Work experience supporting agency-specific review roles.
  4. Ability to obtain or hold a PIV and/or CAC card if needed.
  5. Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  7. Strong customer service, teamwork, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet research, and good time management.
  9. Deep commitment to national security.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  2. Experience in agency-specific review or investigations.
  3. Experience reviewing federal background investigation reports.
