A-Line Staffing in Redlands, CA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Case Picker (Electric Pallet Jack) for a full-time, on-site role. Shift is 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM; potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

You will read pick tickets/labels, use RF handheld scanners, and operate an Electric Pallet Jack in a warehouse setting, with benefits after 90 days of employment and a 401(k) with company match after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Equipment Experience: 2+ years operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Warehouse Skills: Effective/accurate case picking experience.
• RF/Scanning: Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using handheld scanners/RF devices (must be shown on resume).
• PPE: Safety shoes required.
• Physical: Ability to perform physical warehouse work (standing/walking/bending; may lift/move 50+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick cases accurately by reading pick tickets/labels and following order requirements.
• Use handheld scanners/RF devices to scan product and complete picks.
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to move product through the picking process.
• Maintain basic records/inventory documentation as needed.
• Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety requirements in a warehouse setting.

Location: Redlands, CA - 100% on-site Payrate: $19.50/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (2nd shift)

The 2nd Shift Case Picker will pick cases accurately using pick tickets/labels and handheld scanners (RF), while safely operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) in a warehouse/distribution environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
