Job description

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm

3rd Shift: Mon-Fri 8pm-4:30am

Pay: $22/Hr

Temperature Range: 35°F to -15°F

Must have at least 2 years of experience in Case Picking.

Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate an electric pallet jack (pre-use inspection required)
• Accurately select and label materials with identifying information
• Open boxes or containers when needed to verify product details
• Match products and lot numbers/product codes to customer orders
• Use handheld scanners and site-specific equipment to record inventory
• Stack and organize products for shipment or assembly
• Promptly report damaged items to inventory or shift lead/supervisor
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support team goals

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using voice command systems in English (where required)
• Ability to work in extreme cold environments (as low as -15°F) with company-provided freezer gear
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs. or more (depending on location)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends when necessary
• Ability to handle loud environments with varying noise levels

Pay Range: $16.97 - $28.65
