The Salvation Army Owens Campus is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager for the CIP program to deliver comprehensive veteran services. You will coordinate care, manage a caseload of up to 21 veterans, and collaborate with VA personnel to ensure access to health and supportive services.

The Full-Time Case Manager for the CIP program reports directly to Veteran Services Coordinator and is responsible for the coordination and comprehensive services delivered to veterans by The Salvation Army Veteran Services.
