Turnbridge Academy is seeking a Case Manager to oversee day-to-day client care in our Connecticut residential program. You will conduct weekly case management sessions, coordinate with families and clinical staff, and ensure clients access recovery tools for independent living and long-term recovery.
Ideal candidates have at least three years in substance abuse treatment, experience in residential or outpatient settings, and strong crisis intervention and interpersonal skills.
We prefer that our case managers have experience in a 12-step recovery program (AA, NA, Al-Non, Nar-Anon, Families Anonymous, GA, etc.). We also would like candidates to have worked where clients live, like in a residential program.
DESCRIPTION: The primary role of the Case Manager is to manage the day-to-day details of client care at Turnbridge and to ensure that each client is exposed to the tools required to reach his/her maximum potential in the areas of independent living and long-term recovery,
