Turnbridge is seeking compassionate Overnight Direct Support Staff for full-time, on-site work in New Haven, CT. The role supports adolescents and young adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, helping them recover and grow in a structured, supportive environment.
You will provide direct care, support treatment plans under therapists and coordinators, document interactions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

All shifts are available and needed for the following programs: Young Women's, All Adolescent.
Shifts Times:
Third Shift - Thursday- Monday and Friday -Tuesday
For Women's Young Adults and Adolescents girls: Third Shift- Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday- Thursday, Thursday- Monday and Friday -Tuesday
Schedules will include one weekend day and rotating holidays. Further information will be discussed in the interview process.
