Job summary

Access of the Red River Valley is seeking a full-time Case Manager to oversee a caseload of children and adults with disabilities. The role includes supervising Direct Care staff, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating care under HIPAA/EOE guidelines.

Employment includes health, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and paid holidays. Candidates must be 18+, have 1 year of Direct Care experience, a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• One year of Direct Care experience (equivalent to 2080 hours).
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services related area or related field.
• Must pass a background study and have a valid driver’s license with vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client caseload of children and adults with disabilities.
• Supervise Direct Care staff and ensure program compliance.
• Complete performance reviews and site reviews as directed by the Program Manager.
• Coordinate client health, medical, and psychiatric care and documentation.
