AHRC NYC is looking for a dedicated Supported Employment Managerto oversee their supported work programs in the Bronx. In this role, you'll supervise job coaches, improve service quality, and build strong community and employer relationships, including partnerships with various employers.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, with flexibility required for possible early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job coach experience is a plus!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule required. May be asked to cover weekdays and hours between 6am - 12am.
• Valid NY Driver's License preferred.
