Children's Home of Wyoming Conference is seeking a preventive service case worker to support families, assess risk, strengthen parenting, and promote healthy parent-child relationships. The position offers an hourly wage of $22-$24, with bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
Under supervision, you will collaborate with DSS and community agencies, provide parenting groups, complete assessments, and maintain documentation. The caseload is 1:16; full-time benefits are included.

Position Summary: The preventive service case worker supports families from diverse backgrounds, addressing needs to help keep families together. They assess risk and safety, work to strengthen and stabilize family functioning, and promote healthy parent-child relationships. Guided by the Program Supervisor, the case worker develops therapeutic relationships and serves as the primary service provider, aligning with the agency's family-centered approach.
