Requires current licensure in a clinical discipline such as Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), or Medical Social Worker (license per state guidelines).
Previous experience in critical care required.

The Case Manager handles utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, treatment plan management, financial oversight, and medical record documentation. You will report to the Director of Case Management and provide social work services as needed, per state guidelines.
