Universal Health Services in Eagle Pass, Texas is seeking a Clinical Case Manager. The role demands at least two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably with a background in Utilization Review or Discharge Planning. In addition, maintaining current Texas RN licensure is essential.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure high levels of patient care and possess a working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare guidelines.
Coordinates with other departments to provide maximum level of services. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational and safety related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served in his / her assigned service area. The skills and knowledge needed to provide such care may be gained through education, training and / or experience.

Experience: Minimum of two years clinical experience in hospital setting for Case Management. Prefer Utilization Review / Discharge Planning background.
Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.: Maintain current professional Texas RN licensure.
Special Skills, Knowledge: Ability to work with multidisciplinary staff. Working knowledge of current Medicaid / Medicare guidelines.
Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Registered Nursing.
